Hi, I have a Sage Barista Express BES875 that needs repair. The steam wand isn't working. When I turn the steam knob, nothing comes out of the wand, and the steam/water is diverted out of the group head instead. When I close the knob, a bit of water comes out of the group head. I’ve already tried descaling it, but no luck. Is this a common issue, and do you have a rough idea of what it usually costs to fix?

Clean and service a DeLonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine. The machine has already been descaled, the cleaning cycle has been run over 20 times, and the brew unit has been removed and cleaned. Despite this, the hot water still contains small black particles. Looking for someone with experience servicing DeLonghi coffee machines to diagnose the cause, clean the internal pipes/brewing system, and get the machine dispensing clean water again.

Sage Barrista Pro (domestic) coffee machine - water supply is blocked - has happened before, regular repair guy is unavailable. No water coming through to all outlets though all other functions (grinder, water pump, reservoir, etc) all still work

It’s leaking in the chamber on both sides, I can’t see any blockages so not sure how to fix it.

Delonghi machine - coffee not flowing out

The Sage Barrista express coffee machine I have trips the electric when I use it.

Delonghi Eletta machine has stopped working, we think it's the Pump that's failed after trying numerous online suggestions. But we obviously cannot verify that is the case!

It’s a Delonghi coffee machine. The coffee grinder seems to be unable to grind regular quantities of beans. On the highest amount setting it grinds only around 50% of the usual amount. The setting needs to be on the most corse grind, when setting a 4,5 or finer, the grinder does not work. We have tried clearing the entire duct , followed online instructions etc

Sage Barista Express coffee machine repair needed. The machine is leaking water from around the portafilter connection where the coffee handle locks into the group head. It appears to leak near the joint/hinge area during brewing. Looking for someone experienced with Sage/Breville espresso-machine repairs to diagnose the cause and repair it if possible. It may be a worn group-head seal, portafilter issue or another internal leak. Please bring suitable tools and let me know your call-out/diagnostic fee.

The sage Coffee Machine Barista Pro does not have any water coming through. I think it is blocked.

Coffee machine displaying out of order, I cannot access the menu to test or clean the machine.

Machine will make 1 cup of coffee before it either says the grinder has overheated or water comes from the wrong spout. Only makes first cup and then needs to be switched off for hours before making a second cup.
