We have a small house with a straight staircase and small landing that needs a wool carpet fitted. Looking for a professional fitter to come out before next Saturday

Need carpet collected from local shop and fitted to one bedroom.

• Remove existing carpet • Dismantled double bed and assemble after new floor is fitted • Take out a fixed IKEA-type wardrobe and put it back once the floor is done • Install Natura 14mm x 130mm St Kitts Oak Grey Engineered Wood Matt Lacquer flooring in a 10m² bedroom. The floor will be provided by client but not any other materials required. • Remove and reinstate the skirting boards • Decorate walls after (paint to be provided by client, but quantity to be advised by tasker)

Door Trimming Required - 5 Internal Doors I've recently had new carpet installed throughout my home and now need 5 internal doors trimmed to accommodate the increased floor height. The doors are currently dragging on the carpet and need professional adjustment. What needs doing: - Trim approximately 5-10mm from the bottom of 5 standard internal doors - Sand and finish the cut edges to match existing finish if possible - Rehang doors to ensure proper operation - Clean up any dust/debris from the work Door details: - 5 standard-sized internal doors - Currently painted white - All in good condition, just need height adjustment Requirements: - Must have your own tools (power saw, sander, etc.) - Experience with door trimming/carpentry work - Ability to minimise dust and mess during the process - Work to be completed within the next day. Prep my staircase for carpet fitting. My carpet will be a runnner carpet that will only occupy the middle of the staircase leaving both sides. This tasker's will include sand, put primer, fill any holes/cracks, repair chipped woods and paint (the sides) it white in readiness for the carpet. ASAP
