One set of blinds in the house is no longer working. The pull cord to open and close the slats doesn’t work anymore

I have blinds that are 180 cm wide and 150cm long but the measurements required to fit the space is 165cm and 120cm.

I need a handyman to install one blind inside the window recess of my flat. The blind and brackets are already purchased. The installation is inside the recess, so I’m suspicious that you will likely hit a concrete or steel lintel above the window - this is why I am not attempting it myself! Blind will probably need a small trim also - I’m happy to do this myself but i’m worried about getting the width wrong.
