Scope of work: • Recreate a colour-block design (large arch/semi-circle feature wall, see reference image). • Background in terracotta/clay. • Arch shape in sage green. • Repaint the rest of the walls in fresh white for a clean finish. • Add a half-painted sage green section on the right-side wall, continuing up to the door. • Fill and repair all existing holes in the wall to create a smooth surface before painting. • Remove a wall-mounted television and make good the wall where it was fixed. • Ensure clean, sharp paint lines and a professional finish. I need to replace my existing furnishings in the kitchen with a darker material/shade (Perhaps dark blue or anthracity grey). I also need to replace my fridge freezer with an american size one (this doesn't need to be integrated). It would also be good if your washing machine and dryer could go into the kitchen area. We'd also like the 'induction hob' to be replaced + LED lighting around and under the cabinets. We would also like the flooring to be changed from current tiles to 'wooden style' laminate flooring. Additionally, we'd like a counter to be placed on the 'flowers' wall by the treadmill- please see picture. Finally- we'd like our sink replaced with ceramic white sink with matte finish taps.
