As part of a house renovation, we have a new walk in wardrobe that’s approx 3.7m2. The room is completely empty at the moment and needs wardrobes and a dressing table to be built within the room.

Buildings Regs drawings required for conversion of integral garage into bedroom plus en suite shower and toilet. Drawings to be submitted to Building Inspector prior to starting building work. Layout of new bedroom and all building issues (new front wall/window, drainage from new toilet/shower) are already known and agreed with builder (who has done many garage conversions). So we need someone with current knowledge of building regulations to provide a drawing showing the new layout and including building regs notes. 17.5 sqm total area.

Have converted a loft and purchased the skirting board but i've run out of time. I need the skirting board added. I have the board but need it installed. - Due date: Flexible

Require following services: 1) Advise the best way to design the home theatre with the available resources. The room is already converted to a simple home theatre but require professional advice to look better and manage better. 2) The room already had 9.1 channel HT setup, but the speakers are not necessarily placed in correct location and hence not getting the punching impact. Require accessing and place the speakers at correct location. 3) Check the speaker matching level with the AVR and configure AVR for optimum sound. - Due date: Flexible
