A new dishwasher needs installing, the pipes/ electrical connections from the previous dishwasher are in place so the new machine will need re-connecting and setting up.

I have an ideal logic combi boiler in my new house and what I believe to be it's original electronic thermostat. The two do not seem to be communicating with each other, the heating is always on despite what is set on the thermostat. Can anyone help?
