Hi there, Can you please assist with the below issue? Issue: The motorised blinds in our living room are stuck all the way down and now won't come back up. When we pressed the "down button" the blind caught on a chair and it kept rolling. The blinds have now rolled down onto the floor further than their original setting.When we pressed the "up" button, the motor won't pull them back upwards. We tried this a few times, and the motor at the top "popped" with a loud bang and a flash. We're unsure if this was a fuse issue or not. I’ve attached some photos of the blinds. We have a sage bambino plus, it has stopped working. All lights flash simultaneously when turned on but are all unresponsive. After looking online, it looks like it may be a fault with the milk jug sensor.

Washing machine not working

My washing machine is broken. I think the drum/cylinder is broken, i.e. the ball bearings broke and thus the drum got detached from the motor. I think it's this b/c it's the same problem I had at my old flat with the washing machine there. And that was the eventual fix. Need someone who can procure a replacement drum and also install it, all at a reasonable price.
