Hi! We’re looking for someone to repair our Zanussi half-size integrated dishwasher. It’s currently beeping 3 times, which I believe may indicate water in the base/drip tray. This has happened a few times in the past and has usually resolved itself after a short period, but this time it has been out of action for around a month. When we switch it on, it makes a gurgling/draining-type noise for a short while and then beeps 3 times and won’t start a cycle. We’re looking for someone who can diagnose and fix the underlying cause of the fault so that it doesn’t keep happening in the future. My DeLonghi Magnifica EVO bean-to-cup machine has developed a fault where it produces very little espresso output. Water is collecting in the dreg drawer after each use, suggesting the solenoid valve is not directing water correctly through the coffee puck. I have already tried: descaling, cleaning the brew unit, adjusting grind settings, and running the clean cycle. All basic troubleshooting has been exhausted.
