I have 2x bedrooms that have been re plastered and need painting. The skirting boards too - also need these wiping & sanding. The new doors need painting too. It's all white paint. Then I need help painting the staircase & architraves etc. The whole house is being done. Assuming an hourly rate - or a rate for the 2x rooms. Not sure which works best. I need someone who has experience painting and is going to do a solid job.

The following areas will all be in matte and satin white: Ceilings = all matte white Bathroom, toilet and kitchen = Two coats of white satin Zinsser The remaining rooms = one undercoat of matte white followed by 2 coats of a light dulux colour. All paint will be provided, we just need a good painter to do the work

Town house - walls and ceilings to be painted with emulsion. Just one wall to be painted sage green. I can supply paint. 3 floors. No woodwork or spindles/bannisters to be painted.

Decking area (approx 5 meters by 7 meters, with hand rail) - needs to be jet washed, swept/sanded (to remove/smooth old flaky paint), before repainting/staining. I will supply the stain/paint and I have a jet wash that can be used if required.
