Painting of all walls, ceilings and woodwork for 2x 4 bedroom semi-detached houses from fresh plaster. Floorplan attached for the 2 houses. Including specifically: - Ceilings - Walls - Door frames - Skirting boards - Window boards - Internal doors - Staircase handles & spindles (x4) Should assume/ include in quote: - Painted Timbers : Filling nail / screw holes and caulking to frames - Wall/timber preparation : Preparing freshly plastered wall by de-nibbing and timbers having light sand for cut surfaces - Paint : Walls Brilliant White Cover Plus Matt Emulsion and woodwork Brilliant White Eggshell. - Bathroom/ en-suites : bathrooms/ensuites will be tiled half height as per last photo, so assume ceiling and half wall painting for bathroom areas.
