Two of our ceilings have been damaged by a leak and have some mould. We would like the mould to be removed and for them to be painted white. One is approx 5.5msq and the other is approx 4.7m x 0.87m. We require the supplies, such as paint, stripper etc to be provided.

Hi, my garden fence is looking tired and grey and needs to be repainted so it can look fresh alongside my recently decorated living room. My garden is quite small - it is only 4 x 6 metres and has about 10 panels going all around. I need someone who is prepared to visit the property TWICE - once to prep the fence and let the water from cleaning dry, then the second time to paint. Please only make an offer if you are willing to come twice please. Pictures attached and more details below: Visit 1: Brush loose dirt / algae off the fence & wash the fence clean with a soap, water and vinegar solution and wrinse off. Do any other prep - such as sanding in places (if necessary). Visit 2: Paint the fence - 1st coat with sightly diluted / watere down paint to help with bonding on a fence. Then to apply a second coat of paint. I want someone friendly who at a minimum can do what I am asking for above. If you can add any other pro-tips that you have, that would be great! Thanks!

I'm looking for an experienced contractor to carry out the following works in my 1 bedroom flat: Demolition - Remove and dispose of existing carpets from the living room and bedroom, as well as vinyl floor from the hallway. Painting & Decorating - Prepare and repair walls, ceilings and woodwork where required. - Living room: Apply two coats of white matt emulsion to the ceiling and two coats of vinyl matt emulsion to the walls. - Bedroom: Apply two coats of white matt emulsion to the ceiling and two coats of vinyl matt emulsion to the walls. - Prepare woodwork and apply one coat of undercoat and two coats of satinwood to all skirting boards and five internal doors. Flooring - install approximately 30m² of engineered wood flooring across the living room, bedroom and entrance hall. - Install matching beading/scotia (or advise if skirting boards should be removed and refitted instead). - Please inspect the existing subfloor and advise if any preparation or levelling is required. Furniture - The property is occupied, so furniture will need to be carefully moved during the works. Painting our living, dining and wc

I have inadvertently touched up my house with silkwood paint instead of matt vinyl. I please need a decorator to sand the walls (Which are now dry) and reapply matt vinyl to some of the walls where touchups are needed. (Hallways, living room primarily but also minor touch ups needed in three bedrooms) This isn't a complete redecorating job, just making good what I've messed up! See pics.
