Find an experienced apartment painter in North London

Hi, my garden fence is looking tired and grey and needs to be repainted so it can look fresh alongside my recently decorated living room. My garden is quite small - it is only 4 x 6 metres and has about 10 panels going all around. I need someone who is prepared to visit the property TWICE - once to prep the fence and let the water from cleaning dry, then the second time to paint. Please only make an offer if you are willing to come twice please. Pictures attached and more details below: Visit 1: Brush loose dirt / algae off the fence & wash the fence clean with a soap, water and vinegar solution and wrinse off. Do any other prep - such as sanding in places (if necessary). Visit 2: Paint the fence - 1st coat with sightly diluted / watere down paint to help with bonding on a fence. Then to apply a second coat of paint. I want someone friendly who at a minimum can do what I am asking for above. If you can add any other pro-tips that you have, that would be great! Thanks!

I'm looking for an experienced contractor to carry out the following works in my 1 bedroom flat: Demolition - Remove and dispose of existing carpets from the living room and bedroom, as well as vinyl floor from the hallway. Furniture - The property is occupied, so furniture will need to be carefully moved during the works. Hi, I hope you are well. I have a gate in N20 0HD that was installed two days ago. I started the process of painting it, but realised that I have not put enough wood preservative on the gate. Painting our living, dining and wc

I have inadvertently touched up my house with silkwood paint instead of matt vinyl. I please need a decorator to sand the walls (Which are now dry) and reapply matt vinyl to some of the walls where touchups are needed. (Hallways, living room primarily but also minor touch ups needed in three bedrooms) This isn't a complete redecorating job, just making good what I've messed up! See pics.
