We have a commercial unit which we need the paint work re-applying & tidying up edges. The white wall was painted blue & needs to be restored to its original condition condition. There is some tight work where paintwork is underneath pipes & skirting needs neatening up so need a professional to do this. We will provide the correct paint colours but paint sprayer or rollers, floor covering & tape will need to be bought with you & also a substantial ladder, wall is 4m height x 9m width

I would like to repaint one bedroom apartment (approx 515sq/ft) in one colour - pure white. Including walls, ceiling, doors in the entire place. It includes one bedroom, one open plan kitchen living room, hallway and one bathroom. I also like the skarting boards gaps refilled, caulked. Happy to supply the paint but coversheets, painting accessories, protective clothing must be self supplied. I also need help with moving some furniture around. Looking for high quality finish.

I have a loft room with a bunk bed that was custom built for a young boy. The room is now being occupied by a teenage girl and I need the bunk bed adjusted so it doesn't have the house on the top but is an open bunk instead - i have drawn pink lines to show how i would like the wood above this carefully dismantled / cut off at this point, sanded down. The bunk needs a refresh, and can be sanded and painted down on the outside, one coat only of white paint. The loft walls and ceilings are painted white and it needs a refresh coat, and sanding in two areas with shelves that were removed and filler has been used. The wall shown in particular under the bookcase and around the chimney is the only section of wall to be painted in a blue colour. All paint and materials supplied.

Kitchen Cupboard & Worktop Painting – Colour Change. Expected to be 6-8 hours of total work. We’re looking for an experienced painter/decorator (ideally with kitchen cabinet experience) to refresh our kitchen units. Scope of works: Kitchen cupboards and drawer fronts are currently a blue/grey MDF (or similar composite wood). We would like all cupboard doors and drawer fronts professionally repainted to a new colour (paint will be provided). The worktop, which is currently brown/wood effect, also needs to be painted to a different colour (paint provided – please advise if a specific primer/sealer is required). All existing handles to be removed and painted black, and refitted after. Reinstall doors and ensure everything is aligned properly after refitting. Important: Proper preparation is essential (cleaning, degreasing, sanding, priming if needed). We’re looking for a durable, smooth finish suitable for a kitchen environment. Please advise what additional materials you may need (primer, sealant, sanding materials, protective sheets etc.). Care must be taken to protect flooring, appliances and surrounding areas.
