Paint walls for a small bedroom

I require the ceiling wallpaper and painted due to a leak

I have three skylights and all have some mould around them. They need to be cleaned safely and repainted. One is in a awkward position above the staircase

Old walls need skimming ready to be painted. They are already stripped, just need skimming. One medium sized front room and a small hallway. I can send pics to anyone who is interested.
