Size: Approx. 1,215 sq ft across two floors Rooms: - 2 main office rooms - 1 medium meeting room - 1 large meeting room - 2 small demised WCs Finish: All walls to be repainted white throughout Existing walls are currently a mix of white, green, pink and yellow, so likely to require at least 2 coats Some small holes from pictures/fixtures will need filling and making good before painting We need a clean, professional finish suitable for office handover Contractor to advise on how much paint is required so we can purchase/order the correct quantity Please provide a quote for labour, and confirm any additional materials/preparation costs Ideally looking for someone who can complete the job quickly and efficiently Please include examples of similar office/commercial painting work and your availability - we are relatively flexible but must be complete by 12 October LATEST A couple of old pictures attached BEFORE the office was painted to give an idea of size of rooms

I need a painter and decorator, urgently because my decorator fell ill. I need someone who genuinely has skill and wants to fill their calendar for day rate decorating. I have about 5-6 different sites and need someone to help, some tasks are small some are on going decorating jobs. We are looking for a painter to paint one of our bedrooms (a small room, less than 3m x 3m). It was initially two tones, with the upper half a yellow, and the lower half a dark orange. We have lightly sanded the line as it was prominent and applied two base coats in white (however not to the highest standard, especially with the cutting in). We would like this room to be painted in white and have the paint ready to go. The photo attached makes the room look a lot better than it is! Separately there is a single wall in another bedroom we would like painting in an off white to match the other three walls (we have the paint). The wall is currently a (very) dark blue, near black.
