Two bedroom apartment no stairs high ceiling need painting and sugar soap throughout. If I get paint how much for the work ?

Before moving in I'd like to refresh the painting on the walls of two rooms in the house: - corridors including the staircases - bedroom in the loft Altogether at least 70 sqm surface to repaint about 50 sqm is for the corridor and two staircase (this is only walls, no ceiling). The remaining ~20 sqm is the bedroom's walls and ceiling (in the loft with low heights). There are a few cracks, small holes to fill as well. Happy to share photos for details.

Hi, I need my staircase and banners to be treated(sandpaper) and varnished/painted dark brown. I also need the walls of the staircase to be painted. We have the paints but you will need your own other equipment including ladder (up to 15ft).

I am re doing my home but starting with the small room. I’m starting with the single bedroom, there is 1 wall which is the window wall that has mould over it, I want the mould removed and cleaned sand & fill all 3 walls that need it, repainted with a fresh coat of paint that I will provide. (fresh coat paint with anti mould additive will be provided) please let me know if there’s anything else I need to provide like perhaps primer? There is 1 wall with wallpaper on so I don’t need anything done to it. The skirting of the entire room needs sanding/filling and also painted. The door of the bedroom also needs sanding and painting. I cannot show clear pictures now as there is a large ikea wardrobe against that wall, I am planning to get rid of it tomorrow (Thursday 18) so I will be able to take pictures of the walls fully. The room will be emptied before you arrive.

I’m preparing my house for new tenants. I need the walls repaired where damaged from hanging art, mirrors, etc. There is also some extra painting I need doing. Much more work than in the pictures. I have some of the paint you’ll need, one wall I’ll need you to find a matching paint. Approximately 4 hours work.
