I’ve taken a flat back from a tennant which is very dirty..the whole thing needs painting again. It’s 1000 so foot, 3 small bedrooms, 2 small bathrooms living area and kitchen. There will be a few repairs needed along the way to holes in the walls etc..trying to get an idea of cost for this. It is all the walls, ceiling, skirting and fires. Thanks

I have a small outbuilding and would like it to be repainted (painting area around 12 sqm). It has some damp issue so I need someone to first scrap the current paint off, paint two layers of Zinsser BIN and then good quality paint on top of that to finish.

I have just had fitted wardrobes done, and I would like for the outside of the wardrobes to be painted. I will provide the paint colour however will need advise on whether a primer is needed. I’ve uploaded pictures of the wardrobe and have provided a picture of the type of finish I would like. The paint will either be from ‘Lick’ or ‘Coat’.

One room cornicing to be painted. Deep detail and one stretch of it is above a built in wardrobe, possibly tricky to reach. Room approx 15x15ft Paint provided, off-white to cover blue may need more than one coat. See pictures (I started it myself)
