The job will involve: • Scraping off all loose/peeling paint and damaged plaster. • Patching and smoothing the ceiling surface (may require plaster or filler). • Repainting the ceiling with bathroom-appropriate, moisture/mold-resistant paint. Additional Notes: • Please bring necessary tools (scraper, filler, primer, bathroom paint, brushes/rollers, dust sheets). • Ceiling light fixture will need to be worked around carefully. • Ladder required.

Prepping and painting a kitchen with high ceilings. The room is about 15sqm. There’s woodwork around old window frame that needs filling and sanding. Some surface cracks in ceiling that need filling and sanding before painting. Kitchen will be white so easy colour to paint but just need someone quick and professional to get it done properly.

I need two internal doors (bathroom and bedroom) completely (front/back/side) repainted (ie. sanded down where appropriate, undercoated then painted) after handles were replaced on them. There are 4 other internal doors in the flat (ex-Council) that need minor touch up painting. The doors are all matt white. You should provide all materials and ensure no paint lands on floor or surround when painting. There are two door hinges on bathroom door that need rust cleaned up (and perhaps painted) so they look presentable and clean.

I would like to paint this small room and it needs some plaster work on one side. I have white paint already. The room is small, I took most of the stuff out but the bed and the wardrobe can't. So need to work around. It's not very convenient but can work around. On one part of the wall the wallpaper needs to come out.. As I don't have a huge budget we can skip the wall on the right hand side but ideally I would like it done.
