New loft bedroom has fresh skirting boards that need caulking and painting. Also have a velux window above stairs that needs final coat of paint (ladder needed) Already primed and pinholes filled. All that is needed is light sanding, caulk round the top and a bit of filler in the corners and then paint (Farrow and ball eggshell) 2x Door architraves also. No carpets = less prep!

I would like to have the full house painted inside with two layers of coating. I’m seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to help repair and paint a small section of 2 walls. The work required includes: 1. Drilling holes into the wall to address damp issues. 2. Applying a damp seal to ensure the area is protected and moisture-resistant. 3. Patching the holes and ensuring a smooth finish. 4. Painting the walls with provided paint to match the existing colour. The 2 damaged sections of the walls are approximately 1m x O.5m. I’ll provide the paint, but you will need your own tools and materials for drilling, damp sealing, patching and painting. Please let me know your experience with this kind of work and confirm you can complete the task efficiently.

I need my my bedroom flat painted with mould resistant paint

I would like the bathroom ceiling and one wall painted with anti mould white paint. The room is approximately 12 by 15 feet.

A small hall needs the walls painted, there is some flaking of the old paint but isn’t because of internal damp. Painting ceiling of small bathroom, again some flaking of old paint.
