I need a full, end-to-end replacement of an existing, failing gravel-surfaced flat roof. Total area is approx. 18sqm. I am looking for a professional installer who can properly strip the old roof, treat the underlying deck, and install a high-quality, long-lasting EPDM rubber membrane. Scope of Works: · Strip & Prep: Completely remove old roofing felt, gravel, and any rotten timber. Remove existing moss and debris. · Decking: Supply and lay 18mm OSB3 ply boards to ensure a solid, flat surface. (Note: Existing timber along the edges is rotten and will need replacing before the new decking is laid). · Membrane: Install EPDM rubber across the whole 18m² area. · Trims: Install uPVC edge trims (fascia/drip trims) to secure and finish all edges neatly. · Sealing: Glue down and fully seal the EPDM membrane to the new timber decking and all edges/flashings to guarantee it is 100% watertight. · Guttering: Supply and install a new, seamless uPVC gutter system to match the new edge trims. · Waste: Take away all old roofing materials and debris, leaving the work area clean and tidy. My Priorities: · Quality workmanship: I am not looking for a short-term patch; I want this to be the last time I need to fix this roof. · Solid structure: The rotting fascia/timber must be cut out and replaced before the new OSB is fitted. · Guarantee: Please confirm in your bid if you provide a workmanship guarantee for the EPDM installation. If you bid: Please clearly state your total price for materials and labour and confirm if you can supply and install the 18mm OSB, EPDM, trims, and uPVC guttering all within that single quote.

Some of our guttering at the back of the house is disconnected from the drain and is leaking into the garden. At the front, it appears a pipe has become corroded. Note: we do not have tall ladders

I need some guttering replaced and some brick repair.

I would like to add a new Fascia / Soffits on top of the old one. The picture is showing in green how my neighbour has done it; the arrow in red is my house, and I need to continue in the same fashion. Job for 2 houses potentially, as my other neighbour is also happy to do it together. I can help when doing it, so really one man and a stair would be enough.

Exterior wall render has crumbled. it brought down the guttering that was attached to it and the adjacent wall. Need to strip the remaining old render, and rerender the exterior and then replace the guttering

The joint of two guttering pieces has come apart and needs to be rejoined. This is on a townhouse with three floors (ground, first, second). On the back garden side. It would need a tall ladder to get up to it.

I need someone with a long ladder to reattach a part of my guttering that has fallen off. The piece is not broken, it just needs to be reattached. There are no access issues. Job will take literally 10 minutes.

I need someone to supply part and fix an area of gutter where water is leaking behind it onto the render. Two stories up a small piece of guttering, elbow bend, has become dislodged. We have the piece of guttering it just needs re-fixing. Needs a long ladder.
