We’re looking to restore a large wooden gazebo in the school grounds and turn it into a cosy quiet space / outdoor learning area for the children. The plan is to make it properly weatherproof so it can be used all year round, likely including: repairing and waterproofing the roof (possibly with EPDM rubber roofing) adding clear flexible “windows” around the sides possibly fitting simple doors some basic interior improvements (benches, storage, etc.)

All seams to be fully sealed with foil tape. • Boxing Material: Fire-rated plasterboard (12.5mm pink Fireline plasterboard). Please do not use plywood or MDF. • Frame: 50mm metal stud frame preferred. • Protection: Protective covering for the hob, worktops, and kitchen cabinets during the works. • Finishing: Mist coat or plasterboard primer, and paint to match the existing ceiling/walls.
