Collection Flat is on the 2nd floor (there are two lifts in the building). Delivery flat is on the 10th floor (there are 3 lifts in the building). As it is a working today I assume that the lifts not gonna be too busy during those hours. There will be one medium size fridge/freezer, 136.5 cm high, washing machine, free standing cooker, 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, 7 chairs, 1 small dining table, 1 coffee table, 1 davenport desk, 2 chest of drawers, 1 bedside table, 1 pier cabinet, 1 console table, 1 double bed (dismantled), 1 wardrobe (dismantled). 2-3 cardboard boxes. I need to vacate the flat by 1pm, so I think if you were to arrive at 10 it will give us plenty of time to remove these items from the flat.
