My toilet has a leakage i guess from the cistern inside the toilet

1 Safely dismantle the glass door enclosure, unbolt the frame, and disconnect the waste trap to lift out the old cracked tray. 2. Inspect & Repair Subfloor/Ceiling: Check the joists and floorboards underneath for moisture rot from the past leak before rebuilding. 3. Waterproofing (Tanking): if needed Paint a flexible waterproof tanking membrane across underlying subfloor. 4. Tray & Waste Installation: Bed the new quadrant tray on a mortar mix, ensuring it is perfectly level in all directions, and connect the new ? mm waste trap. 5. Rake & Regrout Floor Tiles: Scrape out old discolored grout on the floor tiles using a grout rake, clean the joints, and apply fresh water-resistant grout. 6. Fit Enclosure & Seal: Mount the frame, drop in glass panels, and apply a neat bead of sanitary anti-mould silicone along the outer edges. The Tasker needs to take away the old glass frame and shower tray etc leaving it clean.

I have a shower floor that is cracked. Part the hand rail landing the decorative section needs to be straightened and the toilet that on the second flush it done not refill. We are seeking the house so looking for the most cost effective options

Need mixer taps fitting on a sink and bath

Leak coming from the bath area that is leaking onto the ceiling downstairs in the kitchen. I have photo and videos of where leak is coming from under the bath and videos show the source better. Photos aren’t brilliant as they are from under the bath so dark but need leak source identifying and fixing asap due to damage it’s damaging to ceiling below. Replace existing mono mixer tap with Screwfix Seville pull out mixer

The radiators have not been in use for a while so i believe they need to be serviced and the control knobs are all broken and need that changed so that i can regulate/control the radiator. Its six /6 radiators, (4 is medium sized i.e about half of the one in the image). The shower in the bathroom, takes ages sometimes to switch to hot water when you have switched the controls to hot water, also the water most times does not have pressure. The wash hand tap in the toilet works well and switches instantly to hot water when you turn the knob, so this issue is only with the shower.

We have a leaking pipe behind a bathroom sink. Possibly just the connection gone but we are loathed to mess with it! We’re looking for someone to assess and fix.

We have a mystery leak! There is a tiny amount of water coming through the joints of our LVT flooring in the downstairs toilet (clean water), the sink doesn’t appear to be draining in there and there are telltale signs that water is coming from pipes on the other side of the wall ( in a utility cupboard) because the skirting board has swollen. All very odd but we definitely need someone experienced in plumbing to sort.

Hot taps work but the showers are cold.

It is leaking from where the water tank is and dripping down the down pipe outside. I need this repaired permanently.
