We have a leak evident because under our en-suite shower there is a large spreading stain on the ceiling of the walkway. We need have a handyman investigate last December and he replaced a shower valve but this hasn’t done the trick and the stain/leak has got a lot worse.

Water heater not working, blows fuses within a minute when turned on. Has been checked electrically, all ok. Electrician suspects an issue with element in the heater.
