Hi There, I have a property which has three bathrooms. Two of them have been reported as leaking to the rooms below them. I had somebody coming in and told me that the leak is due to the silicone sealant which needs to be replaced. I need you to come and check that this is correct and if so, do this job as soon as possible as the leak is affecting tenants in their rooms.
