I have 2 bidets sprayers/ Muslim showers that need installing with the cistern tanks in the toilets. I don’t have the tools to reach back to the cistern tanks and open the pipes to install the T-valve/shut off valve.

En suite leaking from the second floor on to the first floor bedroom.

There a leak from 2 different pipes from under the kitchen sink. One metal pipe and the other rubber pipe

Our en-suite bathroom shower handle is kinda stuck and doesn't move easily. We need someone to fix it.

Our downstairs toilet appears to be blocked somehow. When we flush the toilet the water now rises to the top of the toilet bowl and then slowly eventually drains to below the water line. We have put some drain unblocker down it over the last week which hasn't improved it. We have tried to use the toilet brush and a plunger but isn't fixing it. Last night we have noticed that the other toilet flushes, however it seems to be taking a longer time than normal for the sound it makes (the refill sound?)

I need to replace Bath Tub and Shower with the new one as rest of other items installed 3 years ago. I only need these items to replace. I need to replace taps from my second toilet straight forward job Please let me know very reasonable prices. I need to know Per day Labour if i buy Material or with material and labour how much in total. So i can get quotes and book one of it. Pretty flexible with timing must be under one month.
