I need to replaster a small section of the bathroom wall which was cut off for a plumbing leak Size: 13 x 20 cm (right), 9 x 20 cm (left)

Large, deep cracks in one bedroom wall. More than skimming needed. I need the cracks permanently fixing so that they never appear again. Also bedroom needs painting and ideally some coving added to ceiling. I also need a very old bathroom extractor pipe cleaned out , ideally looking for one person to do all of above, but if this is not possible then plastering is the main job . I will need you to come and look at the job- photos will not show the true state of the wall.

Our curtain pole has fallen off and need o be refixed. It appears to me that the wall is not of bricks or cement or concrete. We need it to be refixed. OK to fix the hooks to a new location but it must be robust and we need to tidy the previous ugly holes. Someone who knows what they are doing, it shouldn't take more than half an hour.
