Hello, I have a 8ft by 6ft square room that needs painting. Ceiling & mist coat on the new plaster are done, so it will only be the colour that needs doing. Skirting has been removed, and flooring will be removed after the paint job so the only thing that you would need to be wary of when painting is the coving. Paint is already ready, but I would recommend bringing your own brushes/pads/rollers etc. - Due date: Flexible

plugs need to be planed and finished to suit. There are about 7. Screwholes to be touched in and making good to be done. Handrail fixings require plugs, landing screws require plugs There are also some fixing hoes beneath the staircase landing that need to be plugged/filled and finished There was a hole on the top riser to be filled and touched in Black resin was used to fill in the some of the cracks in the oak when it was manufactured.
