Repaint 2 medium size rooms (approx 11 square metres each). Work in each room to include: minor wall repairs (e.g. filling minor holes from curtain rods/holders), wall/ceiling/skirtingboard/window sill prep, painting walls, ceiling, skirting boards and window sills (1 in each room). One feature wall in each room in a different colour. Paint ceiling only on stairs and first floor landing (incl. any prep work). All ceilings have been re-plastered recently, so prep should be minimal. All paint will be provided by us - Dulux Easycare Emulsion. Contractor to use own tools, or to provide a quote for tools that will be used for this job specifically. - Due date: Before Monday, 17 July 2023

Under the banister are wooden dress slats that will just need painting. Loft entry and all skirting need sanding and painting. Upstairs... Very small toilet: Walls and ceiling [newly plastered and undercoat req] Window ledge needs sanding and painting. Small bedroom: All walls [newly plastered and undercoat req and painting] Ceiling only needs painting. Skirting’s, wall rail, small boxed area & window ledges need sanding and painting. Medium Bedroom: All walls [newly plastered and undercoat req and painting] Ceiling only needs painting. An airing cupboard as well as Skirting boards, some wall rails and window ledges need sanding and painting. 2nd small bedroom: all walls and ceilings [newly plastered and undercoat req and painting] Skirting’s and window ledges need sanding and painting. All door frames throughout the house need sanding, cleaning up and painting. We would like to change all nine internal doors in the house if it is possible for you to do? We have found some reasonably priced one’s that do not require painting. There could be some minor jobs though not essential of which we could discuss when pricing. I have got rubbish in the cellar that needs removing, cut my bushes in the kitchen, small touch up painting around the 3 bed house, mould cleaning in bathroom and paint bathroom ceiling/ 1/4 wall painting ( mould free/waterproof painting), small cleaning of windows. I’m looking for someone to decorate a 2 bedroom plus small box room house. You will need to strip wallpaper in 1 room, some plastering in a small section of 1 bedroom and a corner of the kitchen. All rooms and landing will need to be painted. Looking to start next week I will supply the paints
