2bed end of terrace with single storey extension on the back needs exterior walls repainting. It is smooth render. Will need the usual wall prep to address cracks on the main walls. The extension walls haven’t had any paint on at all. I will be providing the color exterior paint, but you will need to source the filler / prep items required. No wood work required and the lower level of exposed bricks are to be left exposed (I will be painting some damp proof on here when your work is done. There are also two windowsills on the front of the house which need preparing and painting with tile paint (I will provide the tile paint too) Bonus points if you can remove the old tv Ariel pole bracket from the rear of the house and fill those holes before you paint!

Lightly sanding the surface of 2 doors. Apply a primer, then apply two coats of paint. Then apply two coats of top coat. The doors are 229 x 50cm. The primer is Zinsser BIN, the paint is Benjamin Moore electric orange Aura Interior Egg shell. The sealant is Minwax polycrylic crystal clear topcoat. The primer is zinsser bin and dries in 15 minutes. The paint is Benjamin Moore aura and is ready for a second coat in 1-2 hours. The topcoat is touch dry in 30 minutes and 2 hours for recoat time I have the primer, paint and sealant for application.

Hi In my bathroom wall accidentally coconut oil got sprinkled.Subsequently I tried to match colour & paint after using primer but things didnt turn up as expected. My expectation is to (a) match paint (b) paint only the impact portion & blend as much as possible
