The job involves: • Treating mould across the full bathroom ceiling and one window sil • Light scraping of any flaking paint and surface prep • Applying Zinsser BIN shellac-based primer (I already have this) • Two topcoat finish coats — I'll need bathroom-grade paint with mould inhibitor which I'm happy to purchase The bathroom has a working extractor fan.
