This New N7 space/rooms are good ☺️ But bcuz I alone had to move boxes dig around & Simultanously I had to eat, rest, virtual work online, try to settle quickly 😔 daily right up to December 2023 I Had to advertise For people to collect Flat pack boxes,. I Need a person with "room hallway storage ideas vision" for each room& April 2024 my worst for my clinical anxiety depression for me seeing stuff around me Make do is Not good.

Looking for a cleaner who also cooks to come twice a week (Mondays and Fridays) for 3-4 hours (from 9/10am) to tidy up, load washing machine, fold laundry and cook lunch and dinner from recipes that we will provide.

DAY 3 I'm combining similar task as I'm paying per day anyway. (Offering £20 per hour for 1st day, neg. Looking for 2hour work x 3days, or upto 6hours x 1day) TASKS: ALL House chores: To clean & tidy anything needing cleaning in each room & pick up meds & any similar tasks. E.g: *Bath & toilet -mop floor, wash toilet, bath etc. *Kitchen -dishes, fridge, worktops, mop floor etc. *Living room & Corridor -sweep, mop, tidy etc. *Bedroom -sweep, mop, tidy, beds, etc. *PRESCIPTION: Collect my medicines from chemist just downstairs of my building. *Buy: plantain & bread from shop near chemist. *Unpack parcels, packages, letters. Tidy away, bin boxes in chute. (It's a lot to do in the house, so job could be completed over 2 or 3 extra days posted separately -check my other post, 2hours per day. Or could be done eg, in 3 two-hour slots same day. I'm flexible). - Due date: Today. Can do upto 11pm. Ps I'll only open to same person in picture. -

Tidy up to be Presentable in appearance for the Landlord Visit (told on short notice ). Considering the moving date in Julyꓹ timing is Not idealꓹ if not 💯 awkward. It’s not very far-off in future for declutterꓼ organise by finding a place for everything on display. But it’s not quite in near future to start packing things away. So I assume it probably be best to declutter/organise/tidy up as needed: to pack away things that are not in use. And have just the essentials to be left out neatly. My Goal is simply looking tidy by all appearances. As I plan to have a cleaner come in afterwardsꓹ which if you or know someone reliable who couldꓼ consider it more efficient, please let me know. We are recruiting a regular weekly cleaning and housekeeping/ organization person. Tasks including: - Regular housekeeping such as: cleaning, bins, bathrooms, floors, kitty litter, laundry, pavement sweeping, window cleaning (inside and ground floor only of course we will not ask you to climb outside the building!) etc. - Organization & tidying up of craft room supplies, wardrobes, stationary, files, pens, tools...etc all organized neatly and still user-friendly. If the first time works well (£36/2hrs) we like regular weekly visits to maintain (£72/4hrs weekly, on 2 days each week) Timing: - Always for 2hrs between 12 - 3 pm (any 2hrs in that window) - 2 regular sessions/week, and ad hoc (via text) when we have additional guests. These ad hoc add on would be regular tasks and bed sheet changes, guest room cleaning added. Equipment: - We have everything on site. We have a vacuum, mop, and all the cleaning supplies. You do not need to bring anything. - We do prefer if you wear a mask. You Must have: - ID verification completed on Airtasker /Chekatrade, or valid ID to bring to the property. We have a business on the premise and we promised all our customers that all our staff, temp or not, are ID verified. - You need to speak good conversational English and know how to clean, housekeep, organize and map items, group them together, so they can look good and can still be easy to use. - We have had issues in the past with cleaners just stuff things away randomly, that is not what we need here.
