I am looking for an experienced carpenter/builder to carry out several fire safety works following a fire risk assessment. The work required includes: • Install a 30-minute fire-rated (FD30) fire door to the kitchen. • Plasterboard the soffit, spandrel and understairs cabinet door using 30-minute fire-resistant plasterboard. • Provide ventilation to the gas meter cupboard at the base of the door in accordance with the recommendations: Create ventilation by undercutting the cupboard door along the full width at floor level to achieve an opening not exceeding 150 square millimetres (6 square inches). • Make good and finish all affected areas. Please provide: Your experience with similar works. An estimated timescale. Your quotation- labour only.

My door was burst into by ambulance and it is broken I need to either fix it or get a new door. I do not have the missing piece

Need someone to install a new door handle with a lock on Saturday 12pm. There is already a hole in the door from the old handle, but I’m not sure if it will fit the new one or if any adjustments/new drilling will be needed. Please bring necessary tools.

The opening measures approximately 85 cm wide and 296 cm high at its highest point, following the arch. I require the following jobs done at a terrace house in Peckham Rye: 1. Front door: replace the existing main door dead/mortice lock with a lock that can be opened from the inside without use of a key, i.e. thumb turn. Ideally, please provide 1 key per tenant, plus 1 spare for the agent = total of 5 keys. Bathrooms: remove the latches on the upstairs and downstairs bathroom doors and add a privacy lock which can be operated by thumb-turn mechanism alone. There are 2 bathrooms with one door each. I have photos of some but not all the doors in question (apologies for the poor quality one, this is a screenshot from a video I took of the middle bedroom). Kitchen door hinges are loose Not simple to fix due to holes larger based on age. Needs a third hinge. Installer needs to get one from nearby shop, and install a third hinge on a few doors for stability. Time needed 2-3 hours

A door handle needs to be installed in door, three holes need to be drilled. One on the face of the door and two holes on the side. Job would take more than 15 minutes
