My shed door was damaged by the strong winds. It has been split in two . Also I need some of the felt on the roof replacing. I'll need a new door and lock fitted.

The flushing handle on the toilet rotates freely and doesn't flush properly. A little water comes from it but the whole of the flush tank doesn't drain. The lock on the toilet door opens by itself when someone is using it.
