Need a blind fitted in a window

Old blind won't lower down. Might be repairable but I am happy to replace altogether. I do not have a replacement blind yet so would ask you to collect one from nearby shop for me and install it.

I have a blind that needs to be put up. My drill won't drill far enough into the wall or lintel as it doesnt have enough power. I think the lintel is concrete.

I have a black out blind that was put up by Hilarys but it has come unfixed and fallen from the ceiling/top of the window where it was fixed. I need someone to refix it and do a good job as I own my property and don't want it damaged or to fall down again! The window is quite high and the pwrson would need a stepladder to fix it.
