Curtains cannot be pulled on track and Roman blind mechanism is broken

The cords on the tilt mechanism on the blind have rotted and came away in my hand so I can’t open/shut them

I have a roller blind that has come of the mechanism. I can’t fix it

Need someone to fit a simple roller blind in my kitchen. It needs to be trimmed to length so requires saw or something that can cut the pole. I do have a drill here but if you have your own tools that is better
