You Don’t need ladder, but I have one, but great if you do. 1 bedroom Venetian blinds no restrictions just straight drill in and install 2nd blind living room, no cutting outside of alcove. Only time ladder is need. And please have blue overshoes.

The Blind needs to be installed so it fixes to the top part of the window reveal. I think there is either a concrete or steel lintel in the way

Fit blinds to 10 windows. Windows need to be measured first. Also need beading added to a small window, a notice board put on to a wall and a small outhouse painted.
