Fixing a garden gate and one panel of fence with one concrete post..I have the new gate already but you need to buy the fence.

My front garden fence is looking rather neglected and dismantled. I would need this garden fence to be fixed, sanded down, treated and painted ready for the winter.

We have a tree that has grown inside our garden wall resulting in cracks in the wall. The posts the metal gate was hung on rotted. We have the gate, wood for posts, and post ground supports. The base of the old post needs to come out in order to instal the new ones.

Standard wooden gate needs replacing. Posts rotted and need replacing. We can supply the materials if necessary. I’m updating this with more details. I quoted high because there is significant work involved. The old posts need to be removed, dug out of the ground somehow. Than new posts cemented in. On the left of the gate there is a gap between the post and the brick wall, so that will have to be securely filled with another bit of wood to match the post. The whole assembly to be painted, three coats. So it will take some skill and more than one day. This is my first time posting a job here. I realise I should have put more details. Fence has come apart. Need fixed

My housemate and I need someone to build a cat ladder so that our cat can climb from our first floor terrace/balcony down to the neighbouring fence below.
