My LED Lights have started flashing in the bathroom. I don't have a dimmer switch and I haven't changed anything but a handful have started flashing. The heated towel rail keeps tripping the switches in the flat. I have replaced the fuse a few times but it almost immediately blows. I think it's an internal electrical part that may need replacing rather than the whole heating rail please. Was hoping someone could fix this too!

The kitchen sink is already perfectly fitted and sitting inside the countertop cutout. I just need a handyman to crawl underneath to tighten the mounting clips it came with so it is supported, and connect the plastic waste pipe/P-trap underneath. It is a straightforward job which should not take longer than an hour. All parts should be there.

I’ve got two mixer taps with a slow drip that I’d like sorted properly. Both are single-spout mixers but they’re different types. The kitchen tap is a dual-handle mixer with separate hot and cold handles feeding one spout, likely needing worn washers or ceramic valves replaced. The bathroom tap is a single-lever mixer, likely a worn cartridge. Nothing major, but I’ll leave the diagnosis to you. Need mains power cable replaced - cable is soldered to internal power switch + transformer (2 wires + earth). Need old de-soldered and new cable soldered in. I have new cable. You bring soldering iron + solder + heat shrink. > Must have experience with mains electrical. Job at my home in wood green.

Kitchen worktop upstand has come away from the painted wall by around 1–2mm. Looking for someone to remove the old silicone, securely re-bond and brace the upstand flat against the wall, then apply a neat new bead of white sanitary silicone. Existing upstand appears undamaged and reusable. Parking is tricky as I am in a car free building and do not have access to permits.

Hello i need help removing approx 8 tree stumps from the ground (incl. main roots) and also then removing and disposing these and all of the other garden waste that has already been bagged (see images). Job Overview: Remove two separate bath taps, install a new deck-mounted bath shower mixer tap (GoodHome Cavally), and mount the shower head bracket. Scope of Work: Remove and later reinstall the bath panel to access plumbing underneath. Turn off / isolate the hot and cold water supply to the bathtub. Disconnect and remove the two existing taps. Fit the new bath shower mixer tap onto the existing 180mm tap holes. Drill and screw-mount the shower head wall bracket into the tiled wall above the bath. Reconnect pipes, restore water flow, test for leaks, and reinstall the bath panel securely. Materials & Requirements: All tap hardware, hose, handset, and wall bracket are provided. Please bring standard plumbing tools, basin wrench, and consumables (PTFE tape, silicone if needed).

Hi, I’m looking for someone to repair a pair of Mackie 1000W active PA speakers. They are not playing or performing properly at the moment, and I’d like someone experienced with active PA speaker repairs to inspect them, identify the fault, and give me a quote before doing any work. I’d also like to understand my upgrade options. If it’s possible to upgrade them or move up to around 2000W output, please let me know what would be involved and how much that would likely cost.
