Looking for a locksmith to inspect and fix our door lock. The key regularly gets jammed when trying to lock or unlock the door, and it’s becoming really frustrating. I suspect the lock may have been installed incorrectly or that some parts were missing when it was originally fitted. Need someone experienced to diagnose the issue and repair/adjust the lock so it works smoothly. Please bring any tools or common replacement parts that may be needed.

I need someone to hang a pair of pencil-pleat curtains over the balcony door and adjacent window in an upstairs room. The curtains are already purchased from Amazon: two panels, each approximately 132 cm wide × 183 cm drop. The existing pole is approximately 195–200 cm wide, with curtain rings already fitted (see photo). Please gather the heading tape, fit the hooks, and hang and adjust both curtains so they sit evenly, cover the glazed opening and open and close smoothly. Please bring suitable curtain hooks, a stepladder and any tools needed. Experience fitting pencil-pleat curtains preferred. I am flexible but great if somebody can do tonight.

Hi, I’m looking for someone to repair/rebuild a low brick garden/front boundary wall that has partially collapsed. The main section is still standing, but one end/return has come away and several bricks and the top coping have been damaged. I’d like you to assess whether the sound section can be retained and just the damaged area rebuilt, rather than replacing the whole wall unnecessarily. Ideally the repair would include reusing the existing bricks where possible, replacing any damaged ones with a close match, properly tying the rebuilt section into the existing wall, and making good the top/coping and pointing. Please quote for the repair and, if you think it’s necessary, separately for rebuilding the full wall. I can send photos.

I need touch ups done to various places in my house along with some crack filling and painting to the exterior render

My LED Lights have started flashing in the bathroom. I don't have a dimmer switch and I haven't changed anything but a handful have started flashing. The heated towel rail keeps tripping the switches in the flat. I have replaced the fuse a few times but it almost immediately blows. I think it's an internal electrical part that may need replacing rather than the whole heating rail please. Was hoping someone could fix this too!
