I need to organise my loft which is full of boxes nd stuff that i don’t really need. I need to tidy up, clean and organise all the items (a lot of items 😅) I would need someone “professional” -

We’ve laid some interim artificial grass, as I want pebbles gone as viewed to be a health risk for baby (chocking and acting as a big kitty tray). My husband has mostly put them in two large green bins. There is still a pile around the bins, and only one bin has pebbles in bags, the other is just filled with pebbles. The issue is the courtyard is only accessible via the house, I don’t want the bins dragged through the house, I need to keep floor clean bc of baby. This task would suit someone strong with their own truck trolley. The wheels of truck trolley could be sanitised, and bins pulled through. Or individually bagged and taken out the front. I need to stress this needs to be a clean task. Person attending my house also needs to be considerate for health of baby. I have disposable footwear covers that can be used. Will confirm/accept offer when husband is home to discuss after 6pm, before 8pm. Will need offers to include the time that can/intend to attend on w/e. I am looking for a new cleaner to do regular air BnB turnover. Trial run is today at 1.30pm at the house as my current cleaners have let me down. This is a big house which needs the right person to turn it over on a regular basis. I have different guests coming every few days. The clean needs to be thorough and I would like photos before you leave on each clean so any tweaks can be made. The bedsheets and towels need washing and changing at the beginning of each clean. I have a check list for the cleaning tasks so you can check as you go. Average turn over is 4 hours. I am very particular so please only apply if you are an experienced cleaner. There may be a few outside jobs like wedding and sorting bins but this would be minimal. Also to include loading/unloading the dishwasher, wash the floors, mirrors, surfaces, clean out cupboards and drawers of dust. Generally clean the whole house (this takes 4 hours top to bottom). Sometimes the job will simply require you to do a quick bed change and supply fresh towels (1 hour) It’s also important to check the house for any damage and send photos to me via whatsapp. The garden may need watering, weeding but it is mostly faux plants so this will not be a big job, (30 mins top). If you are well versed in plumbing, electrical or DIY then that is great and these extra jobs that may pop up from time to time will be extra pay for you. Hi, I need some help in my home and garden.
