We are seeking a partner to pick, pack, and prepare our products for shipment. This task will occur 2-3 times per month, not as an everyday fulfilment service. The products will be delivered directly to your location, and we will provide all necessary packing materials, including boxes, labels, order details, postal slips, and bubble wrap. Your responsibilities will include: Receiving Products: Products will typically arrive at your location on Mondays, 2-3 times a month. Packing Orders: Orders must be accurately packed with the provided materials, ensuring that all items are secure and ready for shipment. The boxes will range in weight from 2 kg to 25 kg, with a maximum size of 50 cm x 50 cm x 50 cm. Shipping: UPS and DHL will pick up the packed orders from your location. It is essential that all orders are ready for dispatch by Wednesday. This task can be performed from a house, warehouse, or any secure location with minimal space requirements (approximately the size of 1-2 pallets). Since the products are usually pre-sold, they will not need to be stored for more than a day. Key Requirements: MOST IMPORTANT: Flexibility: Ability to be at home on a consistent basis. Efficiency: Orders should be packed and ready for shipment within 48 hours of receipt. Reliability: Timely and accurate packing to meet our shipping deadlines.
