Project: Garage Conversion & Plumbing Extension (5-7m Run) ​I am looking for an experienced builder/plumber to handle a partial garage conversion. The main task is extending water and waste services from my house to a detached garage located approx. 5-7m away. ​Scope of Work: ​Groundworks/Plumbing: Tap into the existing downstairs WC/sink supply in the main house. Run water and wastewater pipes underground to the garage (requires cutting/digging under concrete and reinstating). ​Structural: Remove the existing garage door and brick up the opening to match the exterior (access is via a separate side door). ​Internal Build: Construct a stud partition wall with an internal door to create the bathroom space. ​Insulation & Boarding: Fully insulate the new bathroom area (walls/ceiling) and board ready for tiling. ​Installation: Fit a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Ensure all waste pipes have the correct fall for drainage. ​Finishing: Full tiling of the shower/floor and a professional final finish. ​Requirements: ​Proven experience in groundworks and bathroom fit-outs. ​Must have all necessary tools (concrete cutters, etc.). ​Please provide photos of previous similar conversions. The air tasker must supply all of the materials, we can pay the invoices.

I need help mounting a lightweight 3D polymer logo onto an indoor painted wall. It’s not very heavy it just needs to be straight, secure, and neatly aligned. Please do NOT suggest standard commercial/double-sided tape — we already tried that and it didn’t hold. Proper adhesive or secure fixings required. You’ll need to bring your own tools and suitable materials.

I have an indent area in my kitchen that has become a dumping ground and I want to turn this into floor to ceiling fitted storage. The section is approx 50cm deep and 157cm wide, standard room height. On the right I would need to maintain access to the heating controls. So it probably makes more sense to have the tall section on the right hand side. Pictures attached show area as is and an ai generated image of what the storage could look like.
