I’m renovating a house in Bloxham, Oxfordshire and need an experienced plumber who is also Gas Safe registered to carry out the plumbing and gas enabling works before the main demolition/construction starts. The house is already substantially stripped out. The work required includes: • Keep the existing annex water supply live while allowing the main house to be isolated • Drain down the main house heating system • Cap/isolate redundant water and heating pipework • Disconnect and make safe the existing boiler • Isolate/cap any gas pipework affected by the renovation • Leave the main house safe and ready for the next stage of demolition/construction I’d like someone to visit the property first, assess exactly what is required and then agree the works before proceeding. 2 3 door wardrobes to be assembled

I have a converted loft where I would like some fitted IKEA bespoke wardrobes. The whole length is 4.2m, with sloped ceilings on either side and flat in the middle. I’m looking for helping with the design (we will buy the materials on your guidance) and then I need installation and also spray painting ideally of doors but the painting is not 100% necessary.
