Hi there, The window in the bedroom won’t close. I think the lock is broken. The oven has broken down. There is no heat, just the fan working. And the cooker hobs go on and off so none of them stay on to be able to cook. Also, when I try to use the microwave, the fuse always goes down in the fuse box and then all of the plug sockets in the living room stop working including the microwave. There is also a light in the living area which is constantly flickering. Thanks, Ruth

Looking for a qualified electrician to reconnect an oven and electric hob to existing wiring in a newly fitted kitchen. The wiring is already in place — it just needs connecting. Additionally, we’re having slab-slab tiling done on Thursday and Friday this week, and will need some help with faceplate adjustment. If the job is done before the tiling, we’d just like provision of some appropriately sized screws and spacers. If it’s done after the tiling, it would be great to have the faceplates adjusted and fitted so they sit flush with the new tiled surface.
