We have a DeLonghi Primma Donna domestic coffee machine that needs fixing. We believe the grinder is jammed or needs cleaning but we cannot remove this so need assistance from someone who has experience servicing or working with these machines.

SAGE Barista Coffee machine needs a full service

My sage duo coffee machine has a blockage. I think it’s in the milk froth wand however it also makes a horrible noise.

Steam wand has very low pressure. Ideally machine needs to be opened and checked inside for any blockages. Worst case some details needs changing.

Covered previously. When I turn it on it's fine, but then after a while it blows the circuit on my fuseboard. Also the how water function doesn't work.

Looking for someone to repair my Sage express barista, pump is working, water got heated, but water not coming through.

Our sage coffee machine has stopped working. The water doesn’t seem to be flowing through the machine and we think it could be because of limescale. We have tried doing a cleaning cycle on it but it’s not worked.

My Sage barista coffee machine is not working. Water is not travelling through the coffee head. I have descaled the machine and water is flowing through without the coffee head on but once you put the coffee filter on it seems blocked

Hi, I have a Sage Barista Express BES875 that needs repair. The steam wand isn't working. When I turn the steam knob, nothing comes out of the wand, and the steam/water is diverted out of the group head instead. When I close the knob, a bit of water comes out of the group head. I’ve already tried descaling it, but no luck. Is this a common issue, and do you have a rough idea of what it usually costs to fix?

Clean and service a DeLonghi bean-to-cup coffee machine. The machine has already been descaled, the cleaning cycle has been run over 20 times, and the brew unit has been removed and cleaned. Despite this, the hot water still contains small black particles. Looking for someone with experience servicing DeLonghi coffee machines to diagnose the cause, clean the internal pipes/brewing system, and get the machine dispensing clean water again.

It’s leaking in the chamber on both sides, I can’t see any blockages so not sure how to fix it.

The Sage Barrista express coffee machine I have trips the electric when I use it.

It’s a Delonghi coffee machine. The coffee grinder seems to be unable to grind regular quantities of beans. On the highest amount setting it grinds only around 50% of the usual amount. The setting needs to be on the most corse grind, when setting a 4,5 or finer, the grinder does not work. We have tried clearing the entire duct , followed online instructions etc
