The DeLonghi EC9865.M (La Specialista Prestigio) is leaking water internally during use. We opened the machine and traced the issue to an internal hot water pipe. We have already replaced the O-ring gasket on this pipe, but the leak is still present. The machine powers on and operates, but water is escaping inside and then leaking out underneath. We also have a Nespresso Creatista Plus which is leaking water during operation and requires repair. We are looking for an experienced coffee machine engineer who can diagnose and repair both machines on site if possible.

Hi there, We’re looking for someone to come in and repair our DeLonghi EC9865.M coffee machine, which has started leaking. We opened the machine and traced the issue to one of the internal tubes — specifically the hot water pipe. We’ve already tried replacing the O-ring gasket seal, but this hasn’t resolved the leak. We’d like someone experienced with coffee machine repairs to diagnose and fix the issue on site. Side note: we also have a Nespresso machine that needs attention, so if you’re able to look at both, that would be ideal.

Sage oracle Jet not working

Whirlpool iXelium integrated coffee machine was working perfectly well, until I went to switch it on again and the on/off switch is jammed/broken. You can push the button in, but the machine doesn’t come on. We’ve checked that it’s not the fuse on the plug.

I have a Sage Barista Express coffee machine (approx. 4 years old) whereby the water supply stopped working properly. Issue details: • Machine won’t draw water on startup • No water comes out of the group head or hot water outlet • Attempted to force water through the valve, but still no flow • Likely issue with pump, blockage, or internal line Additional problem: • One screw is stripped, preventing access to the internal components • Will need someone with the right tools (e.g. drill/extractor) to remove it safely What I need: • Someone experienced in coffee machine repair (ideally Sage/Breville machines) • Ability to remove the stripped screw and access internals • Diagnose and fix the water flow issue

The water pump doesn’t appear to be working - I can get steam, but no water. Apparently this is a fairly well-known issue with this machine. I suspect it’s the pump, as no water is feeding through from the reservoir and the pump makes a loud buzzing sound when engaged. The serial # is 61505886.
