After my last descale of my Sage Oracle, the steam boilers descale drainage valve no longer seals and water constantly drains into the drip tray from the steam boiler. It likely needs a new O-ring or a replacement of that valve. I put £150 as my budget, but I don't know what this will cost. Happy to chat about it. I look forward to hearing from you Balsasz. I have a Sage Barista Pro. When making an espresso , it only pulls water through for about 5 seconds then stops. I have tried to descale/flush but it can’t even complete a cycle because the water stops pulling through . IM open to receive quotes so I’m just putting £10 as mine.

The DeLonghi EC9865.M (La Specialista Prestigio) is leaking water internally during use. We opened the machine and traced the issue to an internal hot water pipe. We have already replaced the O-ring gasket on this pipe, but the leak is still present. The machine powers on and operates, but water is escaping inside and then leaking out underneath. We also have a Nespresso Creatista Plus which is leaking water during operation and requires repair. We are looking for an experienced coffee machine engineer who can diagnose and repair both machines on site if possible.

Hi there, We’re looking for someone to come in and repair our DeLonghi EC9865.M coffee machine, which has started leaking. We opened the machine and traced the issue to one of the internal tubes — specifically the hot water pipe. We’ve already tried replacing the O-ring gasket seal, but this hasn’t resolved the leak. We’d like someone experienced with coffee machine repairs to diagnose and fix the issue on site. Sage oracle Jet not working

Whirlpool iXelium integrated coffee machine was working perfectly well, until I went to switch it on again and the on/off switch is jammed/broken. You can push the button in, but the machine doesn’t come on. We’ve checked that it’s not the fuse on the plug.
