It pushes out water through the steam nozzle but never through the coffee nozzle... that's where it gets stuck. We where making the coffee and it just stopped pushing the coffee out. Tried descaling and now it's stuck in a loop. Delonghi wants to charge me £150 to fix it so looking for something cheaper.

I have a Fracino Bambini 1 group manual machine (bought in 2016) it's a commercial machine (with water softener and an inline water filter) but in a residential house, thus low usage. It was serviced by Fracino in May 2024. Located in Stratford-upon-Avon. It has developed some very loud "clonking" noises and it appears that pump is running continuously. To be up-front: I have spoken to Fracino and they can do a "half-service" and boiler check but at a significant cost. Are you able to diagnose and fix at a more reasonable cost please?
