Following a house reno, need approximately 200m2 of plasterboard installing. This includes 1 staircase and 3 ceilings, the rest are standard wall. It can be supply & install, or I can supply the plasterboard. Looking for quotes.

3 electrical tasks. See photo 1 - new double power point to be installed above skirting board. There is an existing double power point in exactly the same position on the other side of the wall shown in the photo so it should be possible to tap into the existing wiring. See photo 2 - install new bulb in rangehood as shown. Pins from old bulb have broken off and are still in plug so they will need to be taken out before new bulb is inserted. See photo 3 - sticky light switch. Needs either adjusting or replacing with new light switch as shown.

Light switch and conduit needs to be cut into the wall to allow for a plastering work to be done.

A few holes in the wall need patching up - also some areas where the old light used to be needed smoothen up. Prefer someone who won't mess up the fixtures nearby.

Need experienced plasterer to tape and skim joins, apply bead trims to corner edges and apply top coats with sand and complete ready to paint. Ceiling area 30m2 and walls approx 70m2. Neat and tidy finish required. Some areas base coat and taped already by previous plasterer - unfinished. Have tape and compound and bead trims.

Two small holes in ceiling that need to be patched due to replacing light fittings and small hole left + tidy around theirs light fitting. Plaster, paint around all three lights once holes repaired.

Small amount of plastering. The job will also need some sanding.

We have just had a walk in wardrobe put in and we need the ceiling a walls fixed up in a few places. We also need a few spots in our bathroom ceiling fixed.

We need to grout around four 600 x 600 tiles that were replaced as part of a recent kitchen renovation and we also need to spot repair some concrete block Work

900mm High Blockwork wall with rendered finish and concrete capping. Stair will be removed prior. Wall will be in front of an existing retaining wall and sat on-top of an existing concrete slab which will need to be tied into. Gap will be planter bed. Drainage and liner required. Wall will be 12m long. Blocks, agg drain and liner on site already. You will need to provide tie into concrete slab, render, mortar and concrete capping.

Looking for an experienced handy person or carpenter to repair or replace the bottom timber rails across 4 panels of a deck balustrade. Must have experience completing similar balustrade repairs. You will need to supply tools and materials.

I have an old awning that needs to be removed, but I don’t have to tools to do so.

Install plasterboard ceiling sheeting approx 28m2. Height 2400 ceiling. Existing sheeting has been removed and sections ready for resheet. Sheeting will be supplied. No cornices required.

Timber base board and uprights have rotted. Need a qualified handyman to be able to remove the base boards (two of them) and then replace all of the uprights including the three long ones in the middle, finally replacing the base boards with new timber Price negotiable and suitable timber will be supplied with your guidance.

Drywall repair 2x small dents. 1x drywall hole 20x22 cm. Need paint match finish. 7/8 screw holes on door frame & wall needs to be filled & paint touch up. Several wall spots require paint touch up for my end of lease move. Need it done before end of April. Provide me a reasonable quote, thank you

Need these steps and balustrade painted and grip tape strip added to edge of each step after. Balustrade has been sanded but the steps will need a light sand, paint and grip tape supplied
