Install door awning/canopy. Must be fixed to the metal frame/studs. It was installed before without securing to frame and came off in the storm. All parts required for the job to be included in quote. See photos for details.

Need our new front wall rendered in a textured white. Most of the hard work has been done, just need the new blocks and top coat down the bottom completed. The new blocks are approx 10m x 1.2m high and need the single course of blocks around the breeze blocks also done.

Looking for 1 or 2 people who have experience in abseiling, climbing, and working at heights to work on residential yard. 10m high x 4m wide section of bank, 45-90 degree slope. Job is to: (1) remove 2 old tarps from bank (marked purple in photo). (2) assess/reattach 1 tarp, at top if eyelets, or remove (orange) (3) old tarps, sandbags, ropes etc, to be gathered up and driven to top of property (if you don’t have a van/ute etc advise when making an offer). Steel house stumps can be used to anchor, top of bank is flat and concreted. Bank is stable and there has been no movement in 3 years. Sandbags, rope, tent pegs, etc. for tarps will be provided. You will need to provide all safety and abseiling equipment. Could be suitable for labourer, handyman, or tradesman with working at heights experience. Payment can be hourly, fixed rate, or a combination. Flexible timing, ideally completed asap but within the next month. If interested, let me know if you are providing 1 or 2 people, if you have a vehicle to drive between top/bottom of property, and your preferred timing.

NBN cable is in the roof of my yoga studio and nerds to be relocated so the ntd and modem can be plugged in near a power point. It is quite long so allows some leeway. Hopefully install a cable wall plate so it’s tidy?

Need 2 holes in ceiling to be plastered

Need a couple of plasterers to finish off mainly setting final top coat and sanding in multiple rooms. A few areas haven’t been set. Areas in photos without sheeting are being covered with VJ sheets. The plasterer we hired informed me he has to take a break due to personal reasons and can’t come back for a month. He estimated 3 days left on the job with 2 people. Hence looking for someone to finish plastering before 1st October. Willing to pay cash rate of $55 per hour each for labour only. All materials supplied.

Dismantled awning after I clipped a branch and it sprang open. Bracket still in place. Fiamma 45 model. It needs to be reinstalled.

I need a darche 27” degree awning installed on my vehicle . I have the brackets just need someone to drill the nutsert for the awning and install. I can help lift on just Have a busy work day.
