Get rid of this concrete stairs and render back as the brick work next to this stair needs to be paint later, also build a small brick wall at where the old door is because the door will seal up. Whatever colour brick is okay because I need to print later, but I may have some spare bricks which can be used to build the wall.

Remove Balustrade partially and modify the rest. Lay timber steps down to the garden.

Paint staircase balustrade, small handrail and side edges of steps to white. Price is inclusive of paint and undercoat. balustrade length is appx. 6 MTRS. Ok to cut off edges of existing carpet to paint the step edges. Photos attached. Need done by 3 March.

Outdoor job- repair cracked render on an outdoor flower plantar. Also need to recement 2 tiles coming loose from the outdoor stairs.

Existing structure already , needs a fall created, roof sheets to be put on, a new gutter and down pipe to beadded. I have the timber already to create fall battens, just needs to be cut. I will purchase the roof sheets, gutter and downpipe as required. Roof sheets will need to be cut to size as they are bigger than the current battons - so you will require the toola for this. Will be great to have a ute to go bunnings (3mins away) to pick up some items. Want to have it done by Sunday this week.

Two tasks 1. Looking to repair/remount garage light There has been prior water damage to the plaster ceiling causing the light to be dislodged. Please remount the garage light which may need some plastering and new screws. 2. Looking to remove the outdoor verandah roof prehaps measuring ¬3x4m. It is a plastic roof that to be remove will likely need to be unscrewed or cut out, happy to leave the wooden roof supports in place.
