Got water damage to gyprock that was stuck to brick wall due to blocked drain which is now fixed. Approx 2sqm. I have already scrapped damaged gyprock just need someone to apply gyprock and plaster it. I can repaint it.

I have two story house, downstairs garage has brick outside but inside has been gyprocked.unfortunately due to wet weather it has water damaged in a corner of room ..damaged corner approx 2sqm. Need new sheeting or plaster with edging done

Hi there, Background: Currently cutting out built in wardrobes in 2 rooms (back to back) to get a bigger room and would like to install 4 powerpoints. Current timing: 1. Asbestos removal for wardrobe lining (Friday 20th) 2. Plasterer to resheet (Monday 23rd) Would need to be available either Friday (after asbestos removal - likely afternoon), Saturday Morning before 12pm or Sunday for rough in. (Alternatively come in after plaster has done his job - but that would be harder) Surroundings: (Refer to Photos for drafted plans) Two story house, but work is on upper level so roof access is possible. No existing powerpoints on that wall, however power switch is directly next to one of the wardrobes. Mandatory Supply and install of 4 double power points per outlined locations Provide final invoice Licence Electrician with necessary insurance (please provide licence number/insurance on response) Photos are only of current wardrobe as work has not commenced.

Plastering of two new double-sided walls including cornicing and architrave where needed. Repair of ceiling and walls where items have been removed.

Moving power point about 50cm (behind dishwasher to under the sink) so it will pass the regulation to install new dishwasher.

Crack in ceiling plasterboard. Need repair and repaint. Paint will be provided

Part of the gyprock has fallen down roughly 500mmx400mm. Cornice needed roughy 10metres can provide photos - Due date: Before Sunday, 24 December 2023
