Would like to convert existing garden bed into a seat with raised garden bed behind it. Plus the space next to it, to be built up to the same level, making an L shape. Everything rendered giving the ability to put a mattress / cushion across all of it. See images attached of how it is currently and inspiration for the rendered L- shape seat with raised garden bed. Our front portico previously had a faux stone tile either glued or cemented on. We have removed the tiles and require a Good concrete render (one that has an additive to prevent cracking). We will paint the render after completion. I have completed the budget section with $100 as I require a quote to determine a cost rather than a budget. Thankyou - Due date: Flexible

We need some cracked external render repaired, as well as a previous repair on the surrounding wall to be redone. Unfortunately the previous repair wasn’t blended in very well and is too obvious to leave before we repaint

3 polycarbonate roofing sheets need replacing. I have sourced the roofing sheets and just need someone to replace them. Existing roofing screws are suitable to be used again and the sheets must overlap correctly to ensure water run-off. The house is a single-story home. - Due date: Flexible

Folding arm awning Hook on the wall broke needs to be replaced Unable to fold or unfold

Remove awning and patch holes where screws were. Mount 3 wall mounted bike hooks on exterior wall.
