We are turning our single car garage into a bedroom and bathroom, we will have the framing and plaster boards up by this date and need plastering for all walls in both and cornices complete. Also have one tennis ball sized hole in the wall needing patched up in laundry. The size of the room including bathroom total is 4180mmx2900mm. Need quotes for materials (including cornice), work and clean up please ☺️

Wood rot to parts of the patio balustrades, bottom rails to the front patio are installed backwards, insufficient balustrade height to the rear patio, some loose and rusty fixings to the balustrades, balustrades are nailed not screwed.

We have a monument black brick wall at the front of our house. We would like it rendered and colour changed to a lighter colour. The brick is on the right side of the front wall up to the garage door. The rest is not brick.
