Looking for a licensed electrician to install 12m of external conduit with 3 weather proof double power points. Existing wires coming out of shed wall. Need a double power point on shed wall. Will then run from there under the concrete in existing conduit and up to another power point for the water tank pump. Then from the top of that power point, it needs to run up to the top of the timber frame wall. Around the back of the water tank and down to the last power point which is for a septic grinder pump.

Looking for a quote to plaster 3 walls in a laundry room ready for renovations

Needing quotes to build a front and back verandah with stairs onto a post-war high set house. The front of the house is approx 2.4m high and the back is 3m high. I have most of the decking timber needed for the decking itself but I am still needing to purchase other materials such as stumps, stringers and treads for 1 verandah,and more ( to be discussed when quoting job). There are other projects needing to be done eg fencing, concrete pad,retaining walls, etc if Interested. The front verandah will need a roof but not the back verandah. Attached are a couple of AI generated pictures of the front verandah for an idea of the design wanted. Accommodation can also be supplied if required while doing the job/s.

I have some plasterboard that has been exposed to water and needs replacing. Its on the left hand side and right hand side of a long panel. I only needs the sides replaced - approximately 400x 500mm [2 panels], and the wood side strips/skirting re attached.. I will do the painting.

Hi Brisbane Awning Installalers, We need help with installing 3 folding arm awnings at our place in Victoria Point. Awning details: Awning #1 - 3.0m wide x 2.5m projection Awning #2 - 5.0m wide x 2.5m projection Awning #3 - 3.5m wide x 2.5m projection Attached photo of the house where 5m wide awning to go in the middle section and 3m wide and 3.5m wide awnings on either side. Awning #1 is already installed on the fascia using rafter fascia brackets. However we realise it would be better to have them a but higher, so we need this awning to be installed on roof mount brackets so that it is installed on the roof for having more height. Also, other two awnings will need to be mounted on the roof using roof mount brackets. Listing price is just for the purpose of to have installer come out to have a look and provide a proper quote before going ahead. I have attached the photo of the Awning#1 that's already installed, the other two awnings will be the same but in different sizes as mentioned above. Also attached a picture of roof mount brackets for reference and photo of the side of the house where awnings needs to be installed. Please note: we are sourcing our awnings, so we only need help with installation and maybe with roof brackets but happy to consider going with the ones a per suggestion for our situation. Thanks

I need a qualified and experienced plasterer or handyman to repair water damage to a section of ceiling. The cause of the water leak has been resolved. Scope: Cut out the remaining damaged plasterboard and prepare the area. Replace with new plasterboard and prepare the section for painting. This task will not require the person to paint the section of ceiling. All tools and materials will need to be supplied.

Long term water seepage along the edges of aluminium glass door has made the existing gyprock crumble. The maximum area involved is 2600 high x 400 wide on each side. The actual area will be negotiated with the tradesman.

Timber framed external awning to be constructed over our new invertors & batteries to protect from the sunshine (north facing wall). Ideally to match similar to the two external awnings over our existing windows (see pictures). Dimensions for awning needed - 3.15m wide, with a 600mm overhang, 500mm deep off the wall and a 300mm drop from top to bottom (to match existing awnings) Needs placing 500mm above invertors for compliance (so may not be level with existing awnings which is fine). We have some spare timber on site that could be utilised, so an inspection prior to quotation may help in terms of pricing up. No painting necessary but all fixings to be included as part of quote.
