Needing some walls repaired and an opening closed up.

Rendering these two outside walls. About 5m long and the other is about 10 with the double door. We will eventually like to do the whole house.

Dad has run out of time to finish my study and wardrobe renovation. There's a few more small sheets to go up, cornice, plastering joints, sanding etc. Etc

Looking for a small plastering job

A customer is having a traditional sauna installed and we need a licenced electrician to hardwire it and connect it. The removal and disposal of outside window awning

We need two cupboards anchored to the wall (we have lots of different screws etc but you will need to know what to use); and cut out hole of cupboard hole for the power point behind cupboard.

Our living room and dining room have a mismatch of wall surfaces, heights etc, and we want to tidy this all up by some reframing, and then some plastering as well. This is going to be easiest if you come out and quote, but I have provided some photos. There are 6 walls that we're talking about. 1) A large facebrick wall that needs some framing to hang a sliding barn door on it, and then plastering over the facebrick wall. Aircon needs to be taken down and then hang back up etc. 2) 3 walls that have rough render on then, we want this replaced with smooth render 3) 1 dry wall we need built up to ceiling height and then plastered on both sides 4) 1 dry wall with a wooden top frame that we want removed (so the wall is staying, the 1970s style wood frame is going) and plastering redone. Ignore the budget. We have no idea what to expect, but this silly app makes you set a budget

Looking for someone to plaster a feature wall

Remove this decorative balustrade and bricks. We have a council waste voucher for this.

Take down old awnings and install new ones. 4 awnings in total.

Install client supplied double rcd type power point to toilet area, from nearby power circuit. Assumed all accessible for cable routing either down brick cavity or via roof, down internal wall.

Rendering and painting the front house (both sides ) I want to paint the walls white and the gates black Height 150 cm 16metres long

3 x small areas of plastering and paint patch ups

Need some holes in drywall fixed and wall painted and also some holes in the door filled in and door painted. There is also a fix in the roof, need that painted and made to look good. Pics attached
