Need 5 ceiling fans installed 3 x with light 2 x no light plus put in a double power point. Must be licensed

We need two cupboards anchored to the wall (we have lots of different screws etc but you will need to know what to use); and cut out hole of cupboard hole for the power point behind cupboard.

Our living room and dining room have a mismatch of wall surfaces, heights etc, and we want to tidy this all up by some reframing, and then some plastering as well. The supporting beam under the slatted awning in the photos is rotten and needs to be replaced. A whole piece should be running from one post to the other. I can do the painting myself, I just need the timber replaced. The job can be done on these dates: 9-10-11th of January.
