Need a section of drywall replaced as pictured. It has made a hole as well as indented the surrounds below the hole as well. I think there is not enough support from behind as this part doesn’t have a stud so that would need installation. I already have the gyprock for replacement, some timber stud for backing and easy flow all purpose compound. Painting not in scope. I have several other handyman tasks that may be of interest in the future if the job is good. Such as lock replacement, cabinetry adjustment, part of decking change, other gyprocking.

I bought a door awning kit from lyrebird online. It is to replace another canvas awning that will need to be removed. The new kit is the width of the door so only two large timber brackets are needed. The kit came with tin, brackets, cross beams and bolts/screws. This will all be supplied. Peeling paint has already been removed, sanded, and treated with Peel Stop. • Repair a sheet of ceiling where the joint tape has come loose. • At the end of the hallway, Apply angle to the sides of a 2400 sheet, including installing approximately 900mm of cornice. • Repair multiple small damages caused by the electrician during lighting installation. • Blend and repair a few patch jobs that were done poorly. • Please include sanding in your quote.
